    I don't generally leave reviews on fast foot places.However, being a mother of multiple higher needs children it can be difficult for me to find places to take my children to eat when unaccompanied by another adult.I've found myself repeatedly coming back to this KFC specifically due to how polite, patient and considerate the staff are here towards myself and my sons overall.It is apparent that my youngest son is severely autistic and not only is this not an issue here, the workers go out of their way to engage him whilst he is here.The food is always warm and promptly served with the restaurant dining area clean.Although, this alone would not have compelled me to leave a review.It's the staff that do it for me...They're star which makes for a great atmosphere and experience, in spite of personal challenges.Great management and great teamwork

    I sincerely wish the option boards were placed further back from the drive through as you feel rushed. The lady taking our order seemed in a rush too and gave us a wrong burger... We asked without cheese and she slapped cheese into it... My wife is severely allergic to cheese and took a bite.We've contacted the head office with evidence and they are looking into it.Terrible service and rushed, yet Noone in restaurant or in the car queue!Like we were bothering them.Get some option boards in the car park so people know what they want beforehand.Not good.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly

    Heard some horror stories about this KFC and have had some long waits In the Wellingborough branch. But I am going to review today on my experience. Today // at .pm the place was half empty, staff were pleasant and the food came quickly. We a ordered the bacon cheese box meal which is a fillet of chicken on a bun with said bacon and cheese an extra piece of chicken, lovely juicy sweet corn and very nice fries. In short we bloody loved it, the coffee was great and the place was well fitted and clean. stars very impressed.

    Went through the drive through about - we were going into the shop but it was shut so had no choice went through the drive through paid for our order.She was so fast I said to my husband these meals can’t be fresh but thought maybe they had some already cooking.I got them home and omg I’ve never been served something so disgusting in all my life.If you were getting ready to close you should have said it’s only what we have left.I’ve never seen anything like it the meal was stone cold old not fresh chicken was almost cold chips stone cold .I knew I should have checked but didn’t all I can say is I wouldn’t even give it to my dog
